Mark Ginsburg is the managing partner at Ginsburg & Redmond, P.C. Kimberly K. Redmond is a co-partner at the firm. Both graduated from Pace University School of Law before entering legal practice, and later establishing their own real estate law firm. They have each practiced law for more than 25 years.

Prior to law school, Mark attended college at Brandeis University and Kim attended the State University of New York at Albany. Over the years, both attorneys have focused on commercial and residential real estate; including acquisitions and sales, financing, leasing and condominium, co-op and homeowners association law.

Stephen Gaines is of counsel at the firm. He is a former assistant attorney general for the state of New York and former deputy bureau chief of the New York Department of Law’s Real Estate Financing Bureau. He is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University and Hamilton College.

Steve Bagwin is also of counsel to the firm and, with more than 25 years of litigation experience, dedicates the majority of his practice to the litigation needs of our clients.
